Service address comes from ServiceAddress, structured street fields, or BillingAddress. Add an optional InvoiceAddress column to bill a different address. When blank, invoice = service.
One customer can have multiple properties. Rows with the same email or phone but a different address are imported as additional properties, not duplicates.
